Yes, it is refundable -- but only if your event takes place as scheduled and everything is returned in its original condition at the end of your event.
All payments are due in full at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your event date.
For bookings made 3 weeks or less before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We’re unable to offer access the night before, as the venue is often reserved. However, setup and decorating may begin at 9:00 AM on the day of your event.
